DO NO MAKE A PAYMENT UNLESS YOUR ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT THE POMERANIAN YOU HAVE ORDERED.

A Payment is considered acceptance of the available Pomeranian and an acceptance of this notice. All payments are forfeited should you change your mind for any reason.

If a Vet check reveals disease in the Pomeranian you have bought……..the Pomeranian must be returned to the breeder by the buyer along with a written statement from the attending Vet for replacement.
A replacement Pomeranian when one becomes available is the only option. Any difference in price will be the responsibility of the buyer. Under no circumstances will payment be refunded.
